120. Beat the Chaos With a Well-Ordered Family! (Part 3) with Conor Gallagher
This is the third episode a four-part series called Beat the Chaos With a Well-Ordered Family. Conor Gallagher is our guest. Connor is CEO of multiple businesses, he has a law degree, he has developed a Family Management System, and I think what qualifies him most is he is a father in a large family with 16 kids! Conor has written a book called The Well-Ordered Family in which he describes how you can turn chaos into order in your family!
Today Conor talks about six different environments that we should be surrounding our kids with for them to flourish. When he talks about environments, he shares both external and spiritual aspects. He also will talk about screens. I think we all know that screens are a problem, but he enlightens us with some things that maybe you haven't heard before.
Listen with an open mind and heart, and you can evaluate if there are some areas where you can grow. If you haven't heard the first two episodes, be sure to go back and listen to the first two for context.
Each episode is jampacked with good information about how to organize your family so expectations are clear and your parenting will be far less frustrating. With order, the chaos will evaporate,
